Questions shops ask

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Keep the domain you already own and change two settings (or send them to your web person). Your email keeps working. No domain yet? We register a new one for you, included in your plan.

How fast is my site live?

Setup takes a few minutes, and you can publish the same day on your free DIP address. A domain you own connects as soon as its settings are changed. A new domain from us is set up by our team, usually within 1 business day.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time, with no fee. Your site stays up until the end of the month you paid for. A domain we registered for you can be moved to you for free after 12 paid months ($99 before that).

Is it in Spanish too?

Yes. Every site comes in English and Spanish, with an EN | ES button at the top. Your customers pick, and the estimate form works in both languages.

Do I need DIP's shop software?

No. The website works on its own. If you later want live repair texts, signed approvals and invoices, you can add the DIP shop portal any time, and "Track my repair" turns on.

Will it put me at the top of Google?

No one can honestly promise that, so we don't. Every site is built so search engines can read it, with your shop name, address, hours and services on the page.
