What’s included for $149/month?+

Can I cancel?+
Anytime, from Settings → Plan & billing in your portal. You keep access through the end of the month you paid for, and there’s nothing else to pay.
How fast can I be live?+
About 10 minutes. After checkout you land in your portal, confirm your shop details, add your team, and check in your first car. Your customer gets the first update the same day.
Do my customers need the app?+
No. Every customer gets an email link to follow the repair in their browser and sign documents there. The free DIP app adds push notifications and their digital car wallet, and most customers install it after the first update.
What is the Final Inspection?+
A checklist the customer signs on their phone at pickup, with a star rating. It’s timestamped and stored with the repair, so the condition of the car at delivery is on record for both of you.
How does the 50% ADAS discount work?+
DIP’s calibration partners do ADAS calibrations for DIP shops at 50% off their list price. You request one from the repair screen and the vendor confirms the appointment.
What about the repairs already in my shop?+
