NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The Entries available with a paid DIP membership can be obtained free of charge using the no-purchase mail-in method in Section 4. VOID IN FLORIDA, NEW YORK, RHODE ISLAND, AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. This is a sweepstakes determined by chance; no consideration is required to enter or win. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this sweepstakes.

1. SPONSOR
The sponsor of this sweepstakes is DIP Technologies Inc., PO Box 108, Anaheim, CA 92815-9000 ("Sponsor"). This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc., Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other platform or social-media provider, each of which you release to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry, are (a) legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States (excluding Florida, New York, and Rhode Island) or the District of Columbia and (b) at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and the immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their spouses) and household members of each, are not eligible. Void in Florida, New York, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, outside the United States, and where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. ENTRY PERIOD
The entry period for this sweepstakes is the period stated for it in the DIP app and at www.dipmembers.com, ending on the date shown there (the "Entry Period"); all times are Pacific Time. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER
FREE METHODS OF ENTRY (in the DIP app or at www.dipmembers.com):
   • Download/join DIP and activate a free account — one (1) Entry (limit one).
   • Add a vehicle to your DIP wallet — five (5) Entries (limit one; no paid subscription required — adding the vehicle is free and qualifies).
   • Refer a friend who joins DIP using your unique referral link — ten (10) Entries per verified new member who joins during the Entry Period.

PREMIUM ENTRIES: An entrant with an active paid DIP membership receives two hundred fifty (250) Entries (limit one (1) award of 250 per entrant for the sweepstakes). NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY — any entrant may obtain the same two hundred fifty (250) Entries free of charge using the mail-in method below, on equal footing. A paid membership is never required to enter or win and does not improve your odds relative to an entrant who uses the free mail-in method.

ALTERNATIVE / MAIL-IN METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE) — NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: To enter without making any purchase, legibly hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, date of birth, and telephone number on a plain 3"x5" card and mail it in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope to: DIP Technologies Inc. — Giveaway AMOE, PO Box 108, Anaheim, CA 92815-9000. Each qualifying mailing equals one (1) Entry; to request the premium-equivalent award, also hand-print "250 ENTRIES" on the card, and that qualifying mailing equals two hundred fifty (250) Entries (limit one (1) premium-equivalent request per entrant for the sweepstakes). Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Entry Period and received within seven (7) days after it ends. Limit one (1) Entry/request per outer envelope; incomplete, illegible, or mechanically reproduced entries are void. Mail-in entrants must meet all eligibility requirements. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or postage-due mail.

5. LIMITS & CONDUCT
The limits above apply per person and per email/postal address. Any use of bots, scripts, automated entry, or multiple accounts or identities is prohibited and voids all of that entrant's Entries. Entries are void if obtained through fraud, deception, or in violation of these Rules.

6. ODDS
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Entry Period. Each Entry has an equal chance of being selected.

7. WINNER SELECTION & VERIFICATION
One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible Entries on or about the drawing date stated for this sweepstakes in the DIP app, conducted by Sponsor or its administrator, whose decisions are final and binding. The potential winner will be notified using the contact information on file (email and/or telephone) and must respond within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt and, where requested, complete and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (except where prohibited) a Publicity Release, and provide valid government-issued photo ID and an IRS Form W-9, within ten (10) days. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond or return required documents on time, is ineligible or in violation of these Rules, declines the prize, or if the prize or a notification is returned undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible Entries (up to three (3) alternates, after which the prize may go unawarded).

8. PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize per sweepstakes: the prize described for that sweepstakes in the DIP app and at www.dipmembers.com, with the approximate retail value (ARV) stated there. The prize may be a motor vehicle, vehicle parts or merchandise, cash, or another item, as described for that sweepstakes. The ARV is Sponsor's good-faith estimate; the winner receives no difference between the ARV and the prize's actual value. The prize consists solely of what is expressly described there. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes (the prize value will be reported to the IRS on Form 1099 where required) and, where applicable to the prize awarded, for any title, registration, licensing, insurance, transportation, or delivery beyond what is expressly stated, and all other costs not expressly stated. If the prize is a motor vehicle, the winner must hold a valid driver's license at the time of award. No substitution, transfer, assignment, or cash equivalent will be provided, except that Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS; RIGHT TO MODIFY OR TERMINATE
Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes, violates these Rules, or acts in a fraudulent or disruptive manner, and may seek all available remedies. If the sweepstakes cannot run as planned for any reason beyond Sponsor's reasonable control — including virus, bugs, tampering, fraud, technical failure, pandemic, or act of God — that corrupts its administration, security, fairness, or integrity, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify affected Entries and suspend, modify, or terminate the sweepstakes and award the prize from the eligible, non-suspect Entries received before the action taken. ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE A SITE OR APP OR UNDERMINE THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW.

10. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, prize suppliers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from any claim, liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or communications, or for any technical, network, hardware, software, or other failure of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Released Parties will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and each entrant's sole remedy is limited to the value of the prize. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of the above may not apply to you.

11. INDEMNIFICATION
Each entrant agrees to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from any claim arising out of the entrant's participation in the sweepstakes or breach of these Rules.

12. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, voice, and statements for advertising and publicity in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, approval, or compensation.

13. PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants is subject to the DIP Privacy Policy (www.dipmembers.com/privacypolicy) and is used to administer the sweepstakes. By entering, you consent to that use.

14. DISPUTES; GOVERNING LAW; CLASS-ACTION WAIVER
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (a) all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of this sweepstakes or any prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) these Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict-of-law principles; and (c) the exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California, to whose jurisdiction the parties consent. Each entrant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and any right to have damages multiplied.

15. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

16. REGISTRATION & BONDING
Residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island are not eligible to participate, and the sweepstakes is void in those states; accordingly, the state sweepstakes-registration and surety-bond requirements those states impose for prizes valued over $5,000 do not apply to this sweepstakes.

17. WINNER LIST
For the name of the winner (available after the drawing), mail a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: DIP Technologies Inc. — Giveaway Winner List, PO Box 108, Anaheim, CA 92815-9000, to be received within ninety (90) days after the drawing date.
